Privacy Policy
Effective date: 30 October 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Decision Theatre handles your information.
1. What we collect
Session inputs: the text and choices you provide are processed to generate parts of your reflection. Session progress and reflection data may also be stored temporarily in your browser. Email (optional): email addresses submitted through the product may be stored in our leads database with a broad decision category, source information identifying where the email was submitted, and a submission timestamp. Google Analytics 4 measures page views, product entry clicks, session starts, stage progress and completion, coin flips, reaching the paywall, email submission, checkout opening or abandonment, and verified purchases. Event information can include stage identifiers, a broad decision category, preset coin outcomes or reaction categories, checkout duration, transaction and product identifiers, and purchase amount and currency. Google Analytics also receives page addresses, referral information, and browser and device information. Paddle processes payment information as our merchant of record; Decision Theatre does not directly store card or bank details. The browser may temporarily hold receipt information such as a transaction ID, customer email, amount, currency and date. Decision Theatre is operated as a sole proprietorship by Tanya Srivastava, Mumbai, India.
2. How we use your information
Relevant user-provided session inputs, including decision descriptions, framing answers and choices, are sent to Anthropic through our AI functions to generate questions, observations and parts of the reflection. Analytics help us understand product usage. Email submission is optional and records the email in our leads database; submission does not itself guarantee delivery of a reflection.
3. Cookies and browser storage
Google Analytics uses cookies to measure usage. We do not use session-recording or heatmap tools. Browser sessionStorage may temporarily hold session progress, inputs and reflection data to support the session experience, including checkout, as well as transaction identifiers used to prevent duplicate purchase analytics. This is not a guarantee that a paid session can be recovered after closing a tab. Saved Journal entries and questions are stored in browser localStorage until you delete them or clear browser storage; they are not automatically removed when a session ends.
4. Third parties
We use Anthropic for AI processing, Google Analytics 4 for usage analytics, Paddle for payments, and Lovable Cloud to run our AI functions and store optional leads. These services handle information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not make guarantees about their retention or deletion practices.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information processed through the Service.
6. Your rights
You may contact us at any time to ask about your data or request deletion of any information we hold.
