Terms of Service
Effective date: 9 March 2026. By accessing or using Decision Theatre ("the Service") at decisiontheatre.app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. The Service
Decision Theatre is a digital tool that provides pre-decision psychological reflection. It does not provide medical advice, therapy, financial advice, or professional consultation of any kind.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle is the reseller of Decision Theatre and is responsible for handling all orders, payments, and refunds on behalf of Decision Theatre. By completing a purchase you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to these terms.
3. Refunds
All purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact hello.decisiontheatre@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details.
4. Your Content
Decision Theatre does not store your decision content. Inputs are processed in real time and are not retained after your session ends.
5. Limitation of Liability
Decision Theatre is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about outcomes resulting from use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology comprising Decision Theatre is owned by or licensed to the operator.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use Decision Theatre for any unlawful purpose, to distribute harmful content, or attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms.
